DANIA SWEITZER, Co-Director/Owner, is a New York State licensed physical therapist. She received a degree in physical education and health from the University of Miami, and then received a physical therapy degree from New York University. Her experiences have included working at Roosevelt Hospital in New York City as a senior therapist with inpatient orthopedics, numerous years as assistant Director at New York’s Eastside Sports Medicine Center and 25 years as co-owner of Pleasantville Physical Therapy & Sports Care in Pleasantville, New York. She has co-authored chapters in two orthopedic textbooks on the knee.

Dania was a Division I swimmer for four years at the University of Miami, where they won two back to back national championships. She was a high school physical education teacher and coach in four different sports. She worked with injured New York Knicks basketball players on and off the basketball court, New York Rangers hockey players treating injuries and performing preseason screenings. She has treated members of New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre and School of American Ballet for dance injuries. She has also treated professional tennis players, Olympic swimmers and boxers. She is happy to bring her vast experience to her practice at the Saw Mill Club in Mount Kisco, New York, where we welcome patients of all ages and activity levels.



Ron Sweitzer, Co-director/Owner, is a New York State licensed physical therapist. He received a BS degree in Biology for Muhlenberg College and then an MS degree in physical therapy from Duke University. His clinical experience started in New York City where he was a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Public Health Service treating a wide variety of patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. He has performed electromyography and nerve conduction velocity testing for a variety of neuromuscular and neurological conditions. He then joined the physical therapy faculty at Hunter college and was also an adjunct professor in New York University’s physical therapy program. He and his wife Dania then went on to open and operate Pleasantville Physical Therapy & Sports Care for 25 years. He has authored a chapter on therapeutic ultrasound for a physical therapy textbook. He also co-authored two chapters on knee rehabilitation for two orthopedic textbooks.

Ron’s athletic background and interests include baseball, wrestling, boxing and running. He has treated a variety of college, Olympic and professional athletes from sports including basketball, baseball, football, lacrosse, tennis, swimming, running and dancing. He uses his expertise in analysis of human functional movement to design a therapeutic program to restore normal pain free motion.

Ron enjoys bringing his extensive experience with patients of all ages and activity levels to the Saw Mill Club to help people perform and their highest level in a safe and healthy manner.



Todd Feinkind, Junior Partner, is a NYS licensed Physical Therapist. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008. Todd was a student-athlete as a member of the Division 1 wrestling team for four seasons. Since graduating, he has focused his work in out-patient orthopedics with a focus in sport rehabilitation. Todd has worked with patients with sports and non-sports related injuries, chronic and acute, as well as post-surgical and non-surgical ailments, ranging from elite athletes to office workers and weekend warriors. Todd was proud to have been the Physical Therapist for the Central Park Track Club from 2014-2018, in addition to treating MMA fighters, USS swimmers, Competitive Dancers, and Olympic Runners. Todd emphasizes his treatments with manual techniques to decrease muscle tension and pain; and strengthening exercises to improve muscle activation and performance. In addition, he teaches and harps on proper posture, exercise technique and quality of movement.

Todd is certified in Active Release Technique (ART) utilizing the soft tissue technique to decrease muscle tension. He is a Rocktape provider, a form of Kinesio Taping that emphasizes fascial movement and tissue decompression, with certification in Functional Movement Training (FMT). Todd utilizes Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) allowing him to assess movement patterns to find the root cause of symptoms and dysfunctions, which he uses to optimize patient’s functional performance and prevention of injury.  He is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified instructor, which he uses to assess client’s body mechanics as it relates to their golf swings. In addition, Todd is an iTPA Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS), providing tennis players with performance assessment, guidance, and injury reduction and prevention. Todd is certified to utilize Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) in his treatments to increase cellular swelling to improve muscle activation, reduce atrophy, and increase muscle strength.

When Todd is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and woodworking.



Alysa Longo, M.S., P.T. Senior Physical Therapist, is a New York State licensed Physical Therapist from The School of Health Sciences of Touro College. Her extensive work experience includes NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in New York City as a staff Physical Therapist concentrating in acute and outpatient Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, Teaching Assistant for Ithaca College/Jacobi campus, Whitestone Sports and Physical Therapy in Whitestone, N.Y., as a Senior Physical Therapist with Outpatient Orthopedics, Pleasantville Physical Therapy and Sport Care in Pleasantville, NY with Outpatient Orthopedics/Sports Medicine and the Saw Mill River Physical Therapy, Mount Kisco, New York, with Outpatient Orthopedics/Sports Medicine.

Alysa was a competitive high school swimmer and dancer, and a tennis and softball enthusiast. When not at work, she continues to enjoy racquet sports, hiking, zumba classes and spending time with her daughter seeing musical theater productions.

Over her 30+ year career, Alysa has experience treating a wide range of diagnoses in the outpatient setting including orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, post-operative cases, infant Torticollis, Geriatric conditions and Vestibular disorders. She practices a patient-centered approach to treatment with a strong emphasis on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, postural/core stability and patient education and empowerment.

Alysa is happy to work with Dania and Ron Sweitzer for the past 22 years in Pleasantville, NY and currently at the Saw Mill Club in Mount Kisco, NY doing what she loves: helping people regain their function and independence.


Kristin Lochte-Keeler, Swimming Consultant

Kristin has three decades of coaching experience and knowledge of the swimming world. She has the ability to build relationships with swimmers and families to guide them in achieving their goals. As a Division 1 swimmer herself and being exposed to the highest levels of the sport, she has a firm understanding of what is needed to achieve those goals. She has worked with a wide range of athletes from beginners to nationally ranked swimmers and was a speaker at the National Select Camp at the Olympic Training center in Colorado Springs. Coach Kristin’s down to earth coaching style and innovative techniques have been proven effective for enhancing swimming performance.
